The Humane Society Silicon Valley would love to welcome you as a Helpful Hands Volunteer! Helpful Hands Volunteers assist with shelter laundry, dishes, and preparing treats. Please register below and be sure to use an email address you check regularly, as we will be sending further instructions directly to your email. There are several steps to complete in order to become a volunteer at HSSV. The next, after registering, is to complete a virtual onboarding. An email will be sent to you with the link once you have submitted the form below.
Please complete this registration by reading and acknowledging your understanding of the Volunteer Handbook (we will review key parts of this during your orientation) and Volunteer Agreement. We also ask new volunteers to pay a one-time $40 program fee, which helps offset administration costs. If this fee causes you any barrier, please use the code "nocharge" at checkout.
